  Apply for fall or spring semester

  James Madison University School of Business, in partnership with the University of Antwerp, now offers the possibility of earning a Concentration in European Business by taking COB 300 and COB 301 at the University of Antwerp, Belgium. The semester abroad in Antwerp is offered in both fall and spring semesters and is open to all JMU students, regardless of their major, as well as to students from other Universities.

  Broaden your education and participate in a variety of field trips

  As part of the semester abroad in Antwerp, students will study principles of business in a European context, take trips to France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and England, and visit businesses, government institutions, and cultural sites.

  No foreign language needed

  At the University of Antwerp, all course instruction is in English. Although, Dutch is the official language of Antwerp, English is spoken everywhere. The historic University of Antwerp is just a short 40 min ride from Brussels, capital of Belgium and headquarters of the European Union institutions.
