Antwerp, Belgium, Summer 2009
 The
Semester in Antwerp is offering a special, six-week session in Antwerp,
going from May 11 to June 26, 2009. You will study global marketing in
a European context and complete six hours: MKTG 460
(Global Marketing) and COB 301 (European
Business Environment). Students will take their courses at the historic University of Antwerp as part of JMU's summer semester in Antwerp, Belgium.
No foreign language needed. All course instruction is in English. Students will stay in apartments near the historic University of Antwerp, just a short train ride away from Brussels, the heart of the European Union. Even though Flemish is the official language of Antwerp, English is spoken everywhere. To learn more about this program, click the buttons on the left. |
The
program of study includes trips to Salzburg, Austria (home of Mozart and where
The Sound of Music was filmed), Munich, Germany, London, England, cities
and historic sites throughout Turkey, and, of course, Belgium. Students will visit businesses,
governmental institutions, and cultural sites as part of the program.
