Conducting a Successful Classroom Economy:
Four-Week Workshop Series

Discover the teaching power of in-class societies by attending any of the four.
Attend all sessions and receive a copy of the resource book, The Classroom
Mini-Economy, a hands-on guide to starting and managing a successful
classroom economy. Participants also receive an invitation to attend an
area-wide fair in May 2010 – the Global Entrepreneurship Marketplace Fair, or
GEM Fair – for all area Mini-Economies and Mini-Societies.
Grades 3-7.

motive your students.

to Invest in a Secure Financial Future

tools and details for playing this motivational cross-curricular competition
will be covered. Free materials.

The World of Ancient Greece and Rome

The social studies SOL 3.7 is the focus of this
workshop that features ancient artifacts and classroom ready lessons.

Economics in Action: 14 Greatest Hits for
Teaching Economics

This session features the resource book including
simulations, role-playing activities and mystery-based lesson plans that will
insure your students learn the concepts. The first ten teachers who register and
