Jacob wraps up spring seminar series:
JMU's Barkley Rosser, right,
welcomes Suraj Jacob of JMU's Justice Studies for his talk on "Political
Economy of Public Goods in India - A District Panel Study".
Jacob was the final speaker in the spring seminar series.

Barkley Rosser.
