Jacob wraps up spring seminar series:
JMU's Barkley Rosser, right,

Economy of Public Goods in India - A District Panel Study".
Jacob was the final speaker in the spring seminar series.

Wilhelm, center, is joined by Marina Rosser and Barkley Rosser of the
current economics faculty at a March donor luncheon. Separate awards are
given annually in honor of Wilhelm and of Rosser's late father, J.
Barkley Rosser.
