OFFICE HOURS APPOINTMENT PROCEDURE
STEP 1: Send an email to email@example.com giving your requested appointment time, within the available windows shown at the bottom of this page. (Send your email at least 24 hours in advance of your requested appointment time.)
STEP 2: Ms. Rutledge will respond within 24 hours, with an appointment time as close to your request as possible. Reply to this email confirming the appointment, or requesting an alternate time.
FIVE (5) MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME:
STEP 1: Make sure your microphone and speakers are on and working.
STEP 2: Go to your email and click on the email you receive from Ms. Rutledge containing the green “JOIN MEETING” button. At the scheduled appointment time, click on that green button.
If after typing in the browser, you are instructed to download the app to get started, download and install it using the browser you plan to use for the meetings.

Mondays: 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
Tuesdays: 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm
Wednesdays: 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
Thursdays: 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm
Fridays: 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
