NOTE: This page intentionally lags the publication of the Monitor. To receive the Monitor in a timely fashion, you must join the Massanutten Amateur Radio Association (dues $12.00 per year), or the Valley Amateur Radio Association (dues $15.00 per year) or the Page Valley Radio Amateur Club (dues $15.00 per year). An electronic copy of the Monitor is distributed to all paid members who provide an email address to their club secretary. Paper copies mailed via U.S. Mail can be arranged with your respective club treasurer.
