Check Paper In Large Capacity Feeder - Model ZD65 Imagistics Copier problem

This generally means the two stacks of paper in the bottom tray need an even column of space between them.  In other words, the stacks are too close together.  To remedy the problem,
you may have to remove one column of paper and reinsert it, being sure to stack it flush against the frame of the drawer.  A  ruler is stored in the tray to assist in jostling the two columns apart.  After using the ruler, lay it horizontally across the inside ledge of the drawer.  When the right-hand column of paper is used by the copier, the left-hand column will automatically move
into that position, even during a copying job.  In this picture you can see the ruler being used between the two columns to separate the stacks of paper.
