Email Password Reset (Secret Question)

Subj:   Email passwords reset without going to Frye

If you would like to avoid going to Frye next time you forget your email password you must set up your secret question before your password expires.

Please go to http://www.jmu.edu/accounts and select the option for setting up a secret question, item c.  You will create a question and answer that only you will know. Then, if you forget your eID password, you can reset it back to the default yourself by correctly answering your secret question.
