I am a proud spouse, father and grandfather. My oldest grandson Jacob (born 8/6/97) appears below at 2 1/2 seated with his Aunt Elissa. Below that he's with his parents, my son Marshall & daughter-in-law Lynn in fall 2000. Here are some of the main women in my life, from l. to r., my

& center is Bailey. Below is the female who entered our lives in 1999. Her name is Nikki and, yes that's a bandage and splint on her right front paw because she got caught in an animal trap prior to coming to live with us. She has now fully recovered and seems not to be noticeably slowed as she chases other life forms. The photo below shows Janet and me alongside one of my favorite philosophers, Artistotle, in Athens.
The next photo shows our first granddaughter Rachel Kohen ( at about 14 months) born 5/8/02 .
The next photo includes many (but not all) of my family who traveled to MD from many places in the country in autumn 2001 to fete me with a surprise party for my 60th birthday.
Coming next is a photo of 3 generations of Kohens taken in Dec. 2003 just prior to a surprise party for my wife Janet's significant birthday in 2003.
The photo below, circa summer 2004, shows me with the oldest 3 "bright lights" in our family life. Yet another "budding musician" in the family is shown below in an April 2005 photo--it's the next Steve Allen (or Jerry Lee Lewis) at the piano.
The newest addition to our family is shown below. She was born 7/12/06 and her name is Noa Rose Sachs-Kohen and the photo shows her on 7/16/06 upon first arriving home from the hospital. She is Manny's little sister.
